Dilmah Australia had everything on offer at this years Spring Racing Carnival Crown Oaks Day.

Fabulous ladies in amazing frocks and fascinators sat back and sipped on our signature Dilmah Earl Grey Mar-Tea-Ni.

Our Dilmah Earl Grey Stakes race kicked off at 4.15 pm, naming Atmospherical the winner with Jockey James McDonald.

For those that wanted to chill out and relax, we had our Dilmah Tea Cart on stanby the entire day at the Winning Post Encolsure and Hill Square.

We had our beautiful Exceptional Teas available for sampling all day and even though it was a warm day, guys and gals kept co ming back for more.

For those who havent had the chance to try our Earl Grey Mar-Tea-Ni, try and re create this recipe at home! (we promise it will not dissapoint)

The Earl Grey Mar Tea Ni

40 ml Dilmah Earl Grey Tea

40 ml Tanqueray no. Ten

10 ml Monin lavender syrup (Dilmah can supply)

10 ml fresh apple juice

1 fresh lime squeeze

1 dash grapefruit bitters

The tea is made up the day before and stored in the fridge (this should be a very strong brew)

Shake all ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker

Double strain into a martini glass

Garnish with an orange zest spiral.
